Royal Dorado - Mediterranean; very delicate, flavorful fish from the Dorado family
Salmon - wild Pacific coast filet
Lobster (1 ½ lb) - Maine; deep sea lobster, charcoal grilled ($5 supplemental)
Chicken - bone-in chicken breast marinated with rosemary and thyme
Grilled French Cut Lamb Chops - served with Greek fries
Filet Mignon - 8 oz. boneless prime beef tenderloin ($5 supplemental)
